Howest student Louis opts for convenience and hires a bike from Mobiel aan €8 a month
For students in Kortrijk, a bike is almost indispensable. But buying, maintaining and having a bike repaired can quickly become an extra expense and a hassle. That’s why Louis (20), a student from Roeselare, opted for a simple solution: hire a bike from Fietsencentrum Mobiel.
Louis discovered Mobiel’s student bike during a Howest orientation day. For €8 a month He hires a bike, which he uses to cycle quickly from the station to his hall of residence and the campus.
“After booking online, my bike was ready almost straight away at Mobiel on Platform 2. That was really quick.”
Maintenance and repairs are also included in the rental price. When Louis had a flat tyre, he simply went to Mobiel and it was repaired straight away.
