Biking Mobielis policy
With the Biking Mobielis policy, you can call Mobiel for an intervention in Kortrijk and surrounding communities between 7am and 7pm when your bike had a breakdown while you are on the road.

We try to help you as soon as possible. When the damage or breakdown is rather small, we try to fix it right there. If it's not possible to do the reparation on location, we give you a bike of Mobiel so that you can continue your trip. You can use this substitute bike for 48 hours. In the mean time, we fix your bike in our working space, if you agree.

What to do to get this policy?

• Become a Mobiel Member! Members get a place in our guarded bicycle rack, 2 coins for our washing machine, a ckeck-up and 5% on every service or product in our shop: cost price € 95,00 a year
• Rent a bike with a maintenance agreement; the Biking Mobielis policy is included in the price: € 240,00 a year (excl. VAT)
• the Biking Mobielis policy: cost price € 25,00 a year
